LifeProof announces iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus versions of the NUUD-- a case the company says is a slimmer option for customers wanting to protect their device from water, snow, dirt and drops.

LifeProof NUUDAll NUUD cases feature an uncovered screen for direct display access "while adding minimal size and weight to the phone." The case also provides access to all iPhone 7/7 Plus features, a transparent back allows one to show off the smartphone and enhanced audio promises crystal clear sound even when the case is on.

A redesigned camera cover promises to collect less dust, thus eliminating worries of lens field disruption.

Bragi Ships The Headphone Wireless Earbuds

Bragi The HeadphoneFollowing unfortunate Christmas season delays Bragi starts shipping its Apple AirPods rival, the Headphone-- a set of wireless earbuds one can describe as stripped down version of Bragi's previous Dash earbuds.

First revealed back in September 2016, the Headphone earbuds are similar to the Dash, with a similar size, overall design and basic function. However they lack the fitness tracking, built-in storage features and touch-sensitive control features. The result? Incipio Brings iPhone 7 Headphone Jack Back

Apple might insist removing the headphone jack from the iPhone 7 was an act of "courage," but Incipio sets to satisfy customers who think otherwise with the OX, a case featuring the humble 3.5mm connector.

Incipio OXAs seen at CES 2017, the OX case comes in iPhone 7 and 7 Plus variants. It fits over the Lightning port and adds an additional Lightning port as well as the aforementioned 3.5mm jack for the use of traditional headphones. The case is admittedly bulky, but it does allow simultaneous charging and music listening without need for an additional adapter or dongle.

In addition the case promises to protect the iPhone display and body from drops through a shock-absorbing exterior.

LG Presents Wearable Tone Studio

LG reveals an unusual hybrid of speaker and headphones at CES 2017-- the Tone Studio and Free are a horseshoe-shaped devices the company says can deliver "amazing" surround sound when worn around the neck.

Tone StudioDescribed as a "personal wearable speaker," the Tone Studio carries 2 full range speakers on the top and 2 vibrating speakers in the bottom. It also features, DTS technology for "realistic theatre-like sound," a DAC for enhanced audio output and a Dual Play mode allowing users to pair two Tone Studio units and share the sound from a movie or playlist.

Customers wanting a more traditional audio product from LG also get an option at CES-- the Tone Free includes wireless earbuds one can charge by storing inside the neckband. As well as taking care of storage and charging the neckband also vibrates to alert users of calls and text messages, while built-in speakers and microphone turn it into a hands-free headset. Only one worn around the neck.
